Cancellation Policy

RealtyTalent has no subscription and no recurring billing. You pay per job posting and per credit pack, so there is nothing to cancel to stop being charged — if you buy nothing, you pay nothing. This page covers cancelling the things you can cancel.

1. There is no recurring charge

We do not store your card for future use, we do not auto-renew job postings, and we do not auto-top-up credits. Every charge is one you initiate. A job posting simply expires after 30 days and stops appearing on the job board — you are not billed again unless you choose to repost.

2. Cancelling a job posting

  • You can close a live posting at any time from your job postings page. It immediately stops appearing on the public job board.
  • Closing a posting does not automatically refund it. Whether the fee is refundable depends on how long it ran and whether it received applicants — see the Refund Policy.
  • Applications already received stay in your dashboard so you can still respond to candidates who applied in good faith.

3. Cancelling a payment in progress

You can abandon the payment window at any point before confirming; nothing is charged and nothing is delivered. A job posting created this way stays unpaid and never goes live. If money left your account but you received nothing, that is always refundable — contact us.

4. Unused credits

Credits do not expire, so there is no need to cancel anything to keep them. If you want money back for credits you have not spent, see the Refund Policy.

5. Candidates: withdrawing an application

  • You can withdraw an application from your dashboard at any time.
  • Withdrawing tells the company you are no longer interested. If that company had already unlocked your profile, they keep the contact details they paid for — we cannot un-deliver information already supplied.
  • To stop appearing in searches entirely, close your account or ask us to hide your profile.

6. Closing your account

Email customersupport@realtytalent.in from your account address and we will close it. What happens next:

  • Your profile stops being visible and stops appearing in search and shortlists.
  • Live job postings are closed.
  • Personal data is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Financial records — payments, credit purchases and credit spend — are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are business records and cannot be deleted on request.
  • Unlocks already paid for by a company remain valid; closing your account does not withdraw contact details already delivered to them.

7. If we cancel your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches our Terms of Service. Where we do so for breach, unused credits are forfeited. Where we close an account for our own reasons, we refund unused credits and the unused portion of any live posting.
