National Agency Operations Manager

About the role

Job Description We're looking for a commercially minded National Agency Operations Manager to partner with our Agency leadership team and help drive business performance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the Agency division. Working closely with leaders nationally, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve productivity, leverage technology and support data-driven decision making. This is a hands-on role focused on helping our teams work smarter, deliver exceptional client outcomes and support sustainable business growth. What you'll be doing • Partnering with Agency leaders to drive business performance, productivity and profitability • Leading operational improvement initiatives across multiple service lines • Championing technology adoption, automation and AI-enabled ways of working • Developing data-driven insights, dashboards and reporting to support decision making • Standardising processes and creating scalable support models across the business • Leading strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and change programs Qualifications What we're looking for • Experience in operations, business improvement, commercial support, project management or performance-focused roles. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret business metrics • Experience driving process improvement, technology adoption and operational change • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys identifying opportunities and delivering results Why join us?
